I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

You should receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. If you didn’t receive it, please contact us via email: hello@littlestrudel.com

Can I cancel my order or make changes?

Please contact us ASAP to cancel or change an order, but please note that once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel it.

We aim to ship the same day whenever possible. If your order has shipped, you will need to return the order for a refund once you receive it.

I'm in a hurry to receive my order - can you help me?

We would love to help wherever possible. Please email us: hello@littlestrudel.com or use the chat option on our homepage. If we're able to dispatch same day we will do so for you. Please note that parcels usually need to be dispatched before 12pm in order to be picked up by the courier and delivered next day. 

I'm buying a gift. Can you help with recommendations and sizing?

Of course! We absolutely love to help with gifting. Little Strudel products make perfect presents for babies and toddlers. Just reach out to us hello@littlestrudel.com and we'll take care of the rest.

Returns and Exchanges

Want to return your order? No problem. Just contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for return to get the ball rolling. Please note we do not cover the cost of returning unwanted items. 

Please note we cannot exchange orders. If you want to change an item/colour/size you will need to return the order and place a new order through our website.

Faulty or Incorrect orders

We strive to ensure all products are sent out correctly and free from faults. But we are only human and mistakes can happen. If there is something wrong with your order, please get in touch and we will make it right.
